Guacamole with Bleu Cheese and Pomegranate
Once a month I meet up with a group of wonderful women for our book club. It is always so much fun, we read a book, have good conversation and wonderful food! At our most recent meeting, Megan who was hosting this month made this recipe. I wasn’t even hungry, but it was so delicious I had to try it and I was craving it for days before I finally broke down and made it. My husband and I polished off most of it in one sitting – it is addicting!
